All products on 4MeCard are digital codes delivered instantly. Because of their nature, all purchases are final and cannot be refunded or returned once the code is delivered.
If the code has not been delivered yet (order under review), you can cancel it from the “My orders” page at no charge — codes are only reserved at delivery time.
If you receive an invalid or already-used code, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a screenshot showing the issue. After verification, we will replace it with a valid code or credit its value.
Replacement does not cover: entering the code on the wrong account, platform, or country; sharing it with a third party; buying the wrong value/currency; or a code expiring due to late use.
Because payment is made in crypto, any eligible refund is issued as store credit or sent back in the same crypto asset, and a network fee may apply.
